Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using pulchritude.beauty or purchasing any product from it you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Digital products

All products sold on pulchritude.beauty are digital and delivered through your Customer Portal after verified payment. Upon completing a purchase you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence corresponding to the tier you selected. Files must never be redistributed, sublicensed or resold as-is.

2a. Licence tiers

• Personal License: For personal, non-commercial projects only.
• Commercial License: For client work and revenue-generating end products. Editable source files may not be redistributed or resold.
• Extended License: For teams and unlimited commercial end products. Editable source files may not be redistributed, sublicensed or resold.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable digital taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal.

4. Account & orders

You are responsible for keeping the email address on your order accurate. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect email details on your side.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the shop and Customer Portal available at all times, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Files remain available in your Customer Portal for a reasonable period after purchase.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the studio's place of business. Disputes are handled in good faith and, failing resolution, before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
