When you buy a product from pulchritude.beauty we collect the minimum needed to complete your order: your email address, order details, and any name you optionally provide at checkout. Payment card information is handled directly by Stripe and PayPal — we never see or store it.

2. How we use it

Your email is used to deliver receipts, product files and important order notices. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data processors

We rely on the following processors: Stripe and PayPal (payments), Supabase (database and file storage), Resend (transactional email). Each is bound by their own privacy commitments.

4. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, or its deletion, at any time by emailing orders@pulchritude.beauty. We will respond within 30 days.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your cart intact between visits and to keep you signed in when you use the customer portal. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.
