How do I receive my purchase?
After payment is confirmed, your Purchase Access PDF and any product files appear in your Customer Portal. Sign in with the same email you used at checkout.
Do I need to create an account?
No password is required. We use passwordless six-digit email codes — enter the email you paid with and we'll send a code.
Which payment methods are supported?
Stripe (cards) and PayPal. Both are processed securely server-side.
Can I get a refund?
Because our products are digital and delivered through your Customer Portal, refunds are considered case by case. See our Refund Policy.
How do I obtain my purchase after paying?
Once payment is verified, your Purchase Access Document appears in your Customer Portal. It contains fulfilment instructions — contact us on Discord: t3l3gram to obtain your files, including your order number.
